The bot isn't kicking or banning members
Easy Auth can only kick or ban a member when it has the Kick Members and Ban Members permissions, and when its own role sits above that member's highest role.

When Easy Auth is offline it does not see the members who join or leave, and a server it was just added to already has members it never processed. The /reconcile command brings the stored records and roles back in line with the real member list, and it never punishes anyone.

Easy Auth has four verification methods, and they all keep the door shut until a member gets through: Button, Password, Captcha and Quiz. Button and Password are free; Captcha and Quiz are Premium.

Easy Auth can verify some people the moment they join, without asking them anything: the members on your whitelist, the members who come back after leaving, and anyone who joins through an invite you trust. The whitelist and returning members are free; invite links are Premium.

The Join Gate checks every account the moment it joins and blocks, kicks or bans the suspicious ones before they ever reach the verification panel. The avatar check is free; the account-age and username checks are Premium.

Easy Auth raid mode reacts on its own when too many accounts join in too little time. Every server gets the detection, the alert in the log channel and the option to close verification while the wave lasts. Premium adds the two Discord security actions, pause invites and pause direct messages, and the action on the accounts that arrived with the wave: kick, ban or block from verifying.
