Questions about Premium
What is Easy Auth Premium?
Easy Auth Premium is an optional upgrade for a single Discord server. The bot is not crippled without it: verification, roles and logging are free and stay free. Premium adds the defences that run on their own, and it is what pays for the hosting and the development of Easy Auth.
How many Discord servers is my subscription valid for?
A subscription is valid for a single Discord server. If you want Premium on several servers, you need a subscription for each one. You can move a subscription to another server you administrate at any time.
Can I get a refund if I don't like it?
We want everyone to have a great experience with Easy Auth Premium. If you're not satisfied, contact us in the support server within 14 days and we'll issue you a full refund.
How does the free trial work?
Every server gets 7 days free, once. You set up payment when you start the trial, and the first charge only happens when it ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Who can buy Premium, and who can manage it?
The server owner or an administrator can buy it. The subscription then belongs to the Discord account that paid: only that account can cancel it, change the payment method or move it to another server. Other admins can only see the status.
How do I cancel?
From your billing page in the dashboard, at any time, without asking anyone. The server keeps Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my server when Premium ends?
The server goes back to the free plan. If verification was set to captcha or quiz, it falls back to your password or to one-click, so nobody is ever left unable to verify. Nothing is deleted: your settings, quiz questions and member history are still there if you come back.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card or PayPal, handled by Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers. Discount codes go in at checkout.
